EXPEDITION LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AVAILABLE (WORKING with YOUTH) We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who love the outdoors and working with kids! As an Expedition Leader of a Montana Conservation Corps Youth Crew, you will guide local Montana youth in conservation service-based outdoor projects on our public lands. You will have the chance to positively impact the lives of middle and high school youth, local communities, and some of the most treasured wild lands in the West. BENEFITS Youth Expedition Leaders - Lead overnight service expeditions for Middle School and High School youth that vary in length from one week to four weeks. Leaders engage and mentor crews of approximately 6 youth members on natural resource projects in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota. YCC crews are based in remote, rural communities around Montana, with crew sizes of 5-8 participants.
