GAIN PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, CONTRIBUTE TO CLIMATE RESILIENCE, AND LAUNCH YOUR NATURAL RESOURCE CAREER!
At MCC crews camp while working on physically demanding and essential natural resource and conservation projects on some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the Northern Rockies and Plains. The Senior Crew Leader helps guide our crew leaders through their technical skills and leadership training, and is an excellent stepping stone into a staff conservation corps or federal agency position. The Senior Crew Leader will assist staff in planning and implementing training for leaders and members, facilitate and deliver MCC education components to MCC crews in the field, visit crews during the field season to help ensure the successful completion of MCC projects and programming, may be called upon to lead an existing crew when necessary, and provide logistical support to ensure regional operations run smoothly. Our Senior Crew Leaders are an essential component of our regional teams, and provide mentorship to our leaders and members. If you are looking for something unique, have a desire to take the next step in your leadership development, and want to make a positive impact on conservation leaders, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
