Metro’s Parks and Nature team is looking for CMMS Database Coordinator. In this role you will be supporting and providing CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) database management for Asset Essentials, the maintenance management software used by Metro. This role will be the primary support of our Park Operations team with centralized inventorying, ordering, scheduling, reporting and various other tasks. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and independent to coordinate work that will ensure our park and natural area facilities and equipment are well-maintained. This work is critical to providing guests a safe and welcoming place where they can enjoy nature close to home.

Minimum qualifications:
Required:
Specific schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:00am-3:30pm. Reporting location: Blue Lake Park, with occasional visits to other parks as needed for asset management and database collections.

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is considered a minimum qualification
requirement for Metro job applicants. This proof will be requested during the
hiring process.

COMPENSATION AND REPRESENTATION
Based on the Oregon Pay Equity
Act requirements, Metro’s
internal equity review process, and the candidates’ qualifications, the
appointment will typically be made between $69,721.60 – $76,814.40 annually.
The full-salary range for this position is $69,721.60 – $93,433.60 annually.
