Conservation Program Director

Job Summary: The Conservation Program Director is a member of Idaho Conservation League’s (ICL) senior leadership team and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve ICL’s conservation goals, supervising conservation staff and undertaking senior level conservation work.
Opportunity for Impact: This position will lead ICL’s Conservation Program work, successfully coordinating ICL’s program staff to implement strategies to achieve conservation goals and undertake advocacy. This position has the opportunity to help protect and restore all aspects of Idaho’s environment – clean air, clean water, healthy public lands, and abundant fish and wildlife – by working across all of ICL’s campaigns and programs. This includes ICL’s Climate, Public Lands, Snake River, and Salmon & Steelhead Campaigns as well as ICL’s Wildlife and North Idaho Lakes Programs. Compensation and Benefits:
This position is full-time and located in Boise, Idaho. Idaho Conservation
League offers a comprehensive wage and benefits package, generous
benefits—paid health, dental, and vision insurance, and a Simple IRA with a 3%
match. Salary for this position is $80,000+, depending on experience.
